Helen Cameron

Member of the Liverpool City Region Combined Authority Scrutiny Committee

Helen Cameron is one of our three local Conservative Councillors for Clatterbridge Ward which covers the communities of Spital, Thornton Hough, Raby, Poulton, Raby Mere, Brookhurst and part of Bromborough.

Helen was born in Lower Heswall and apart from a few years away, has lived in South Wirral all her life.  After studying at the Liverpool Business School in John Moores University, Helen embarked on a career in various commercial and marketing roles for national retailers and manufacturers of consumer goods.

For the last couple of years, Helen has worked independently to help smaller food & drink businesses to tap into more local opportunities.

Helen’s focus for the Clatterbridge ward is;
•    Protecting our green belt land and preserving village life with sensitive planning decisions, under local control.
•    Supporting independent, local businesses to thrive and bind their communities together.
•    Improving local parks, open spaces and leisure facilities which all contribute to overall health and wellbeing of residents.
