- arrived on the Saturday to be welcomed with drinks, food and fellow YC’s.

- first official day at cpc19 saw me go to the YC newcomers reception to meet fellow Conservatives alike.

2019 Council elections in Wirral

2nd May 2019

The next elections to choose 22 councillors in Wirral will see Labour defending 14 wards (including Pensby, where the result last time saw Labour scrape in by just 23 votes); the local Conservatives defend seven wards and the Liberal Democrats defend one ward.

Community Environment Day in Wallasey Village

Since the last elections, Ian, Lesley and I have been calling door to door to listen to the concerns of people who live here in Wallasey Village. Thank you to everyone who has, so far, told us their views.

Coastal Clean Up Team

3rd March 2019

The first meeting of our Coastal Clean Up Team takes place on Sunday 3 March in West Kirby.  Last year, we met at locations around Wirral and collected 50 bags of waste, litter and single use plastics.

Cheshire & Wirral Conservatives Annual Dinner and Conference

The 7th Cheshire & Wirral Annual Dinner and Conference takes place in Chester on Friday 1st February (Dinner) and Saturday 2nd February (Conference).

Wirral Council elections

3rd May 2018

The next elections to Wirral Council take place on Thursday 3 May 2018, between 7am and 10pm.  Wirral currently has a Labour-run Council - Labour has 37 seats, the Conservatives 20, the Liberal Democrats 5,  Green Party 1 and suspended Labour Councillor 1.
